Born of a dialogue between the stylist and founder of sacai, Chitose Abe, and the Maison’s creation studios, the Trinity For Chitose Abe of Sacai collection is based on the timeless simplicity of the Trinity ring. Deconstructed and reinvented in a new interpretation harmony, it speaks to Chitose Abe’s vision – an unconditional enthusiast of this most classic of Cartier jewellery icons.
The artistic conversation between Chitose Abe and Cartier continues a long tradition at the Maison, where an open approach to design is a key exercise in the creation of bespoke orders.
Cartier and Chitose Abe chose the influential J-pop singer Hikaru Utada to embody this capsule collection of six new limited-edition creations.
The collection is currently available at selected locations in Japan, the United Kingdom (New Bond Street and Selfridges), France (13 Paix and St Honoré), and South Korea (Maison Cheongdam), and will launch in the United States in March.
